Argoniv 020 Élite is a self-levelling paste formulated with a mixture of cements and selected aggregates, polymer resins and additives that provide enhanced fluidity, excellent adherence and a perfect finish.

Argoniv 020 Élite is suitable for smoothing and levelling interior concrete, mortar, terrazzo, mosaic or stone surfaces, for covering with light pavements such as parquet, carpeting, ceramics, etc. This mortar can be walked on after only a few hours, although the facing should be laid after at least 36 hours following the application of the levelling paste.
The approximate yield of ARGONIV 020 Élite is 1.4 kg/m² when applied to a thickness of 1 mm.

The support should be sturdy, absorbent to some extent, completely set, as rough as possible and free of dust, paint, oil, etc.
The humidity of the support should be < 3%, so leave the support at least three weeks to dry thoroughly before using this product. If exposed to direct sunlight or highly absorbent, wetting the support first or laying a bridging joint is advisable first.
1. Mix mechanically with clean water until an even, plastic mixture is achieved, without any lumps, using 20% water (approx. 5.0 l/sack).
2. Leave the mixture to stand for 5 minutes and then remix before applying.
3. When applying a self-levelling product it is essential to apply a primer first to serve as a bridging joint between old concrete and new mortar and seal the support to prevent any bubbling of the self-levelling product.
4. Spread the paste using a levelling mortarboard. The first layer should not be more than 3 mm thick.
For backings or thicknesses of over 6 mm, use ARGONIV 120 élite.
Do not apply onto gypsum-based surfaces.
Do not apply at extreme temperatures (below 5 ºC or above 35 ºC).
