Data-protection policy

 

 With the aim of complying with that stipulated in the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, for the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, DANOSA guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided by the user.
In case the user must provide DANOSA with data of a personal nature in order to access any of the Web contents, the former will be informed of the existence of an automated data base, the aim of same, those receiving the information and identity and address of the person responsible for data treatment.
The users can exercise all rights to access, amendment, cancellation and any others referred to in the aforementioned Organic Law 15/1999.
If you already appear in our database and you would like to have your data removed from it, you can exercise your right of revocation by sending an e-mail to: bajas@danosa.com and indicating your decision in the subject of the e-mail.
